Pointe Croisette

Pointe Croisette sits along Route Napoléon at an elevation of 1 ft, with land dropping only 1 ft within 600 m of the overlook. The terrain here is essentially flat and low-lying. Several capes are visible along the coastline: Pointe du Batéguier to the south-southwest at 0.8 mi, Pointe du Dragon to the south at 1.2 mi and 5 ft elevation, and Pointe Fourcade to the northeast at 1.2 mi, rising to 50 ft. Inland to the north-northeast and northeast, two bodies of water can be seen: Bassin des truites at 1.2 mi and 309 ft elevation, and Grande marre at 1.3 mi and 280 ft elevation. Daylight hours shift across the year, with sunrise at 05:52 and sunset at 21:17 around the June solstice, and a shorter span from 08:02 to 16:59 at the December solstice. Equinox daylight runs from roughly 06:36 to 18:44 in March and 07:19 to 19:32 in September. This lookout follows Jetée Albert Edouard Sud along the byway route.
