Whitehouse Campground is located in the Boulder River drainage, approximately 20 miles north of Butte. The campground has 5 units that will accommodate trailers up to 22 feet and a picnic day use area with ADA accessible toilets. Water is available and the campground is adjacent to the Boulder River, which offers opportunities for fishing. The area has additional dispersed camping just to the east of the campground. The campground is popular during the late spring, summer, and fall for camping as well as hunting and OHV riding opportunities. Access to the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail is provided at several trailheads within 5 miles of the campground. There is a groomed snowmobile system that begins at Whitehouse Campground or at a pullout to the east of Whitehouse (depending on snow conditions) during the winter.
