Rock Creek Horse Camp

Rock Creek Horse Camp is located within the Lake Como Recreation Area. It features 11 tent and small trailer campsites, handicap accessible vault toilets, gravel surfaced roads, garbage service, and stock facilities, such as hitch rails, stock ramp, and feed bunks. A few trails leave from the horse camp. The trailhead is equipped with an accessible horse mounting platform. Campground can accommodate RV’s or trailers to 40 feet.

Fees

$12 per night per campsite. Fee includes exempt pass for day use to be obtained from the camp host. Pass must be displayed in vehicle while accessing other parts of the recreation area.

Restrictions

Camping limited to 16 consecutive days. Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 6:00am. Pets must be leashed. No pets or glass allowed on the beach or in the swim area.
