Cow Meadow Campground
This campground features a large grassy meadow with mostly lodgepole pine trees providing shade. It is right on the river, but close to Crane Prairie Reservoir . The campground is situated where Snow Creek and the Deschutes River flow into the Crane Prairie Reservoir. This area offers outstanding fishing and wildlife viewing opportunities. Crane Prairie Reservoir is managed in partnership with the Bureau of Reclamation. Find a map of this campground here . The primitive boat launch is only large enough for small boats. 10 MPH speed limit is enforced for boating on Crane Prairie.

Single Campsite Rate: $21/night • One vehicle included with reservation – Each Additional Vehicle: $10.00 NOTE : Holders of a Golden Age and Golden Access Passports and Senior and Access Passes are entitled to the following discounts on expanded amenity recreation fees: - A 50 percent discount on the fee for a single camping unit. This discount does not apply to use of a cabin, lookout, double camping unit, triple camping unit, group camping unit, extra vehicle fees, or any additional camping units and separately charged utility, water, hook-up or day use fees.
