SUNGLOW CAMPGROUND

Overview Sunglow Campground sits at 7,200 feet elevation and is in a scenic red rock box canyon two miles from Bicknell, Utah. Facilities The campground has two group sites that can accommodate 20 people and up to five vehicles each. Flush toilets and drinking water are provided May thru September. A large parking area can accommodate trailers. The road to the campground is paved but the road and parking spurs in the campground are gravel. Natural Features Cottonwoods and junipers provide very limited shade. Sagebrush and summer wildflowers dot the landscape. Recreation Many miles of trails for hiking, biking and off-road vehicles are in the area. The Great Western Trail passes nearby. Visitors enjoy exploring local trails and day-tripping to Capitol Reef National Park. View Sunglow Campground Map
