Lone Pine Campground
Located six miles west of the town of Lone Pine, California this campground is seven miles by road from the popular Whitney Portal Recreation Area. The Whitney Portal National Recreation Trail begins at west end of the campground. Other popular activities near the campground include hiking, exploring the Alabama Hills movie history, and fishing nearby streams. Firewood for sale at the campground. Sites up to 40 feet long. 42 Single campsites, 1 Double site, and 1 Walkin Group site. Some sites may be available first come, first serve.
