Part of the Whitney Portal Recreation area located 13 miles from the town of Lone Pine, California. 43 Single campsites, Some sites may be reserved in advance, while others are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Some parking sites up to 35’ long, Firewood, fire grates, piped water, restrooms.
