China Camp Campground

Very shady sites. Located at Chews Ridge. Tassajara Road is a rough road and 4-wheel drive and high clearance vehicles are recommended to drive to the campground. Reservations: 9 campsites are reservable through www.recreation.gov . (1) campsite is on a first-come, first-serve basis. In campgrounds and picnic areas, dogs mst be kept on a leash (unless caged or crated). Dogs must wear a collar with current tags at all times, as state and county laws apply on National Forest System lands.

$30/per night includes one vehicle. Extra vehicles are $10/per vehicle per night.

Campground check-in time: 3:00pm, check-out time: 12:00 noon. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am
