Barn Hollow Float Camp
Barn Hollow Float Camp is on the left bank of the Eleven Point National Scenic River . This camp is located 10.4 miles downriver of Greer Crossing. Access is by river only. Canoes may be launched anywhere upstream but the closest accesses are Turner Mill about 5 miles and McDowell Primitive Access about 2 miles above Barn Hollow. The nearest takeout point below this camp is Whitten Access , about 1.3 miles. A printable information sheet is available (pdf).

Restrictions
Fireworks are prohibited. • No more than 8 people are permitted at single sites • Dogs must be on a 6 foot leash in the float camp. • Only collect dead and downed wood for campfires. • No trash containers; please pack out all your trash • Follow the Leave No Trace Principles • No glass or polystyrene on the river. • The river can rise rapidly, be aware of changing conditions.
