This heavily-used campground is located about 16 miles up Icicle Creek Road/ Forest Road 7600, at the confluence of Icicle Creek and Chatter Creek. The campground consists of 12 single sites which cannot be reserved in advance, and one group site which must be reserved in advance at recreation.gov . Vault toilets, garbage service, and a small group shelter with a fireplace are maintained. The campground is close to the trailheads for many popular hiking trails. There is a nightly fee per vehicle parked in each site.
