Indian Creek Equestrian Campground

Indian Creek Equestrian Campground has seven campsites with parking spurs 50-60 feet long to accommodate horse trailers. Only 10 people and four horses max per campsite. Please use certified weed-free hay only. Must be in possession of a horse or mule in order to camp in the equestrian campground. All dates are weather dependent. Visitors may expect full service from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The area also has an extended season when services such as water, trash or a host may not be available through September.

Fees

$30.00 fee per site for overnight. Two (2) vehicles or one (1) RV per site are included in the camping fee. $11.00 for a third vehicle. $11.00 day use fee if not camping overnight. Fees are payable by cash, check or money order. Self servicing fee tube is available.

Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to this campground : • Please use certified weed-free hay only. • Maximum parking spur is 60’ • Maximum 8 persons per site, 2 tents and 2 vehicles or 1 recreation vehicle. • Dogs must be leashed at all times. • No discharge of firearms or fireworks. • Only licensed vehicles can operate inside campground. • Camping is NOT ALLOWED behind a LOCKED GATE.

Accessibility

The Indian Creek Equestrian Campground is part of the Rampart Range Road. To protect the resources and provide a safer winter experience, the Rampart Range Road is closed to all vehicles wider than 50" annually from December 1 to April 1. Call the district office (303.275.5610) for updated information.
