Kite Lake Campground

Kite Lake Campground is located 5.5 miles northwest of Alma, Colorado, on County Road 8. It has five campsites, which are not recommended for trailers. Facilities include fire rings, tables and outhouse toilets, but there is no water or trash service.

Restrictions

Campfires are restricted to fire rings only. Be sure campfire is completely extinguished before leaving. • Maximum of eight people per site. • Facility roads are not paved. • No more than a 14-night consecutive stay. • Dogs, including service dogs, must always be leashed. • No discharge of firearms or fireworks • Quiet hours from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
