Riverside Campground

Riverside Campground is located two miles southwest of Lake George, Colorado, on County Road 96. It has 18 campsites (11 walk-in sites). Elevation is 8,000 feet. Max RV length is 30 feet. No hook ups. Services are reduced outside of the peak summer season.

Fees

$24.00 fee per site for overnight camping. Two vehicles or one RV per site is included in the camping fee. $11.00 for a third vehicle. $11.00 fee for day use if not camping overnight. Fees are payable by cash, check, or money order. Self-service fee tube is available. First-come, first-served sites must be occupied the same night.

Restrictions

Campfires are restricted to fire rings only. Be sure campfire is completely extinguished before leaving. • Maximum of eight people per site. • Facility roads are not paved. • No more than a 14-night consecutive stay. • Dogs, including service dogs, must always be leashed. • No discharge of firearms or fireworks • Quiet hours from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
