Cactus Flat OHV Staging Area

Cactus Flat OHV Staging Area is off of Highway 18, north of Big Bear and south of Lucerne Valley. Look for Forest Road 3N03 and go southeast, following the signs to the staging area. There is a vault toilet and a couple of picnic tables at the staging area along with ample parking and informational signs.

Must have current registration and operating spark arrestor. You are required by the California Vehicle Code to have a spark arrester, maintained and in effective working order, whenever you are operating your OHV on any forest-covered land, brush-covered land, or grass-covered land. • Vehicles on the OHV routes require either a license plate, red, or green sticker. Information for red and green sticker regulations and licensing requirements can be found at www.ohv.parks.ca.gov • No "Red Sticker" vehicles - May 1 through September 30
