Winstanley Lake Cabin
This is a rustic style 12’ X 14’ Pan Abode log cabin that was constructed in 1967. There are many recreation opportunities in this area. Boating down to the end of the lake will take you to the historic Winstanley Lake Shelter constructed by the CCC back in the early 1930’s. From the shelter there is a 2.25 mile hike down to salt water. FACILITIES: • Two Single & Two Double Bunks • Wood Stove, Axe, Maul, Wedge, Wood • Cooking Counter and Table • Shelves and Cupboard Space • Broom •14’ aluminum skiff with oars. Bring your own firewood as it cannot be guaranteed.
