Windy Hill Campground

Windy Hill Campground is located on central Arizona’s largest lake and offers great water recreation opportunities to the public. Because of its close proximity to the Lake, Windy Hill allows fishing, non-motorized and motorized boating, along with hiking trails. There are plenty of developed campsites available at Windy Hill, which allows for an easy, quick escape any time of the year for families and individuals. Maximum trailer length for Coati loop is 20 feet.

Fees

$25/site/night; $50/site/night for double camp unit; America the Beautiful Interagency Senior or Access Pass holders receive 50% discount (persons over 62 or living with a permanent disability) for single camp units only. Campground fees must be paid for at the fee machine located at the campground. Maximum trailer length for Coati loop is 20 feet.

Restrictions

14-day stay limit. • Trailers under 32 feet. • Please use trash receptacles when available. • PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT . • Rules and regulations are posted at all fee stations. Please observe. • Sewage dump facilities are located across from Cholla Campground 8 miles north on Hwy. 188 (no fee). • Boat sewage pump-out can be arranged with the marina. • Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (running generators are not permitted during quiet hours).

Showers, toilet buildings, grills and tables at accessibly sites, parking spurs, Amphitheater, Wheelchair transfer station (Boating), courtesy docks, and Fee Machine Kiosk.
