Weller Campground
This campground has 11 campsites. Picnic tables, vault toilets, fire grates, trash disposal & potable water during the season. Access to fishing areas and trails are available. See the nearby Weller Trail . Camping is permitted in developed campgrounds and/or designated campsites only. This area provides access to the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness . This campground has a 5 day stay limit. Check out time is 2:00 p.m. There is an 8 person, two car limit per campsite. Pets must be on a leash at all times while visiting campgrounds and within designated Wilderness. The leash should not exceed 6 feet in length. View Dates and Fees

Independence Pass is narrow, steep and winding. Absolutely no vehicles over 35 feet in length, or vehicle/trailer combinations over 35 feet in length, are permitted between MP 47.2 (Aspen side) and MP 84.2 (Leadville/Twin Lakes side, about one mile west of the junction with US 24). • 5 day stay limit. Check out time is 2:00 p.m. • 8 person, two car limit per campsite. • Pets must be on a leash at all times in campgrounds & within Wilderness. Leash not to exceed 6 feet in length.
