Dizzy Point

Dizzy Point sits at 863 feet on the Chemins d'eau byway, facing 210 degrees, with the land dropping 600 feet within 600 meters of the overlook. The view spans a mix of water and cliff features to the south and southwest. The Ottawa River / Rivière des Outaouais lies south-southeast at 5.5 miles, with Pinhey Point, a cliff, visible in the same direction at 6.2 miles. Constance Creek is southwest at 5.8 miles, and Dunrobin Lake sits south-southwest at 7.1 miles. Farther out, the Carp River appears southwest at 10.7 miles, and Innis Point, another cliff, lies south-southeast at 10.9 miles. Two additional water features, DND Carling - Pond A and Beaver Pond, are also south-southeast, at 13.8 and 14.0 miles respectively. Sunrise and sunset times vary through the year: around 07:08 to 19:16 at the March equinox, 05:16 to 20:57 at the June solstice, 06:52 to 19:03 at the September equinox, and 07:42 to 16:24 at the December solstice. This lookout follows Teepee and precedes Lusk lookout on the byway route.
