Two cliff features, Le Cap and La Falaise, appear to the north-northeast at 3.4 and 3.8 mi, both rising above 70 ft. Several water bodies cluster between 4.2 and 4.8 mi in the same general direction, including bassin Canac-Marquis at 223 ft elevation and Bassin de la Parentiere at 289 ft, alongside lower-lying ponds like Étang des Bernaches and Étang de la Côte. Daylight hours vary by season, with sunrise as early as 04:51 at the June solstice and as late as 07:28 at the December solstice, while sunset ranges from 16:00 in December to 20:43 in June. Dufferin follows Plessis and precedes the Scenic overlook stop along this byway.
