La Rouanne and Torrent d'Ancelle appear in the east-southeast at 4.4 and 4.8 miles. To the northeast, Lac des Barbeyroux sits at 3.8 miles and 4,915 feet, with Le Cuchon de Molines rising to 7,792 feet at 5.1 miles. Pic Queyrel, at 7,989 feet, stands east-northeast at 5.2 miles, roughly the same distance as Col de l'Escalier and Col du Cendrié, both saddles to the northeast near 7,100 feet.
