Medina is located just off of I-71, which runs from Cleveland through Columbus to Cincinnati. You can get to Medina from I-71's exit at State Route 3 northeast of Medina, or from I-71's exit at State Route 18 east of downtown Medina. I-271 begins near Willoughby Hills, east of Cleveland and ends just Northeast of Medina. State Route 3 begins in Cleveland and ends in Cincinnati. SR 3 runs southwest into downtown Medina and Public Square, and then continues south through Medina County. State Route 18 begins at the Indiana and Ohio border, near Hicksville and ends in Akron.
