Inscription: Dedicated to the memory of William H Walsh 1915-1999 who commissioned the restauration of these Ormonde Stables and Butler House on behalf of the Government of Ireland. Founder of Kilkenny Design Workshops in 1963 and chairman until his retirement in 1976
