Courthouse Vista sits at 4,324 feet on the Red Rock Scenic Byway, with the terrain dropping 43 feet over the next 600 meters. Bell Rock rises to the south-southeast at 0.4 mile, and Courthouse Butte stands east-southeast at 0.7 mile, reaching 5,452 feet. Farther out, Gibraltar Rock, Christianity Spire, and East Twin Butte are visible to the north and northeast, while Cathedral Rock, its viewpoint, and the Cathedral Rock Vortex lie west-northwest around 1.7 to 1.8 miles. Chicken Point and the White Line feature are also in view to the north-northeast. The site serves as the trailhead for the Courthouse Butte Loop, Bell Rock, and Bell Rock Pathway trails, which connect to the Llama, Templeton, HT, and Big Park trails nearby. Facilities include paved parking, accessible vault-type toilets, a pass vending machine, and an information kiosk. Cottonwood is 15.3 miles west-southwest, Flagstaff is 27.9 miles north-northeast, and Prescott Valley is 35.4 miles west-southwest. Courthouse Vista · U.S. Forest Service

Courthouse Vista is the trailhead for Courthouse Butte Loop, Bell Rock, and Bell Rock Pathway trails. These trails access Llama, Templeton, HT and Big Park trails in the immediate area.

In addition there are scenic vistas of Courthouse Butte, Bell Rock, Castle Rock, Lee and Munds mountains and the Red Rock Cliffs and Canyons along the Mogollon Rim.

It has paved parking, accessible vault-type toilets, a pass vending machine and a kiosk full of information about the area.
