Tualatan is accessed from Interstate 5 through Exits 289 ("Newberg Rd") and 290 ("Lower Boones Ferry Rd"). begins and ends at exit #288 of I-5 between Tualatin and Wilsonville. doesn't quite go through the Tualatin city limits but it is connected east-west through Tualatin via SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd from OR-99W in Sherwood. SW 124th Ave more or less serves as the western boundary of Tualatin. It goes north south from OR-Hwy 99W in King City down towards its other end in SW Tonquin Rd
