Located in the town of Crane Lake, the newest visitor center at Voyageurs National Park features an exhibit area, seating, an information desk, and a conference room for viewing the park film. Just next door is the Crane Lake Voyageur RV Park and Campground, offering convenient access to water activities and outdoor adventures.

The town of Crane Lake is about a 4 ½ hour long drive from Minneapolis, MN. About 2 ½ hours from Duluth: Drive north on Highway 53 (US-53 N). Once in Orr, take a right going east on Highway 23 (County Hwy-23). Continue for just over 27 miles until you reach the town of Crane Lake, MN. About 1 ½ hours from International Falls: Drive south on Highway 53 (US-53 S). Once in Orr, take a left going east on Highway 23 (County Hwy-23). Continue for just over 27 miles until you reach the town of Crane Lake, MN.
