Nestled along the southwest shoreline of Kabetogama Lake, the visitor center is in the small community of Kabetogama. The Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center is open during our summer season from late May to late September, and in the Winter from the beginning of January to the end of March.

A passport stamp is located inside the visitor center. There is also a passport stamp located on the bulletin board in front of the visitor center that can be accessed at all hours.
Located 25 miles south of International Falls just off of Highway 53.
3 parking spots and 1 handicap parking spot is located directly in front of the Kabetogama Visitor Center. There is a bulletin board outside on the right side that has a large map of the park as well as a brochure rack. Once inside the building there is a bookstore located on the left side. Right after the bookstore is the front desk where a ranger is located at. Across the from the front desk on the right side of the building is a large map that lights up the campsites and visitor destinations within the park. After the front desk the room opens up to an exhibit area.
